Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney in Detroit, Michigan to manage pre-litigation work, guide clients through the case process, and oversee settlement negotiations.

The role focuses on personal injury matters, particularly automotive, and requires leadership of a team of case managers while driving KPIs and ensuring high-quality client service. You will draft and file pre-litigation documents and supervise the release and settlement processes.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the MI State Bar Association
• 1+ years of experience in general liability or personal injury
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Responsibilities
