BCG Attorney Search seeks a General Liability Litigation Attorney in Baltimore, MD. This role focuses on pre-suit matters, guiding clients through the case process and managing a team of case managers.

You will handle pre-litigation work daily, draft and file pre-litigation documents, and oversee settlement negotiations. The ideal candidate has a JD, active MD State Bar membership, 1+ years of general liability or personal injury experience, and strong writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Oversee the pre-litigation process and TD approval for liabilities.
• Guide clients through the case process from start to finish.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents and filings.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
• Supervise a team of 6-10 case managers.
• Focus on general liability cases and drive team KPIs.
