Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney in Los Angeles, CA to manage pre-litigation work and guide clients through the case process, with a focus on personal injury matters.

The role requires a law degree, active CA State Bar membership, and at least 1 year of personal injury experience, plus strong writing and advocacy skills and the ability to lead a team of 6–10 Case Managers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of personal injury experience required.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily general liability.
• Drive compliance and KPIs among the team.
• Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements.
