Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with a focus on General Liability to join our client’s Baltimore, MD team. The role offers flexibility in location and a collaborative, litigation-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of civil litigation experience, active bar admissions in one or more states, and strong writing and advocacy skills. You will manage depositions, motions, and trial preparation while supporting a team of experienced litigators.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in one or more specified states.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal/analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Prepare for arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
• Engage in civil litigation, including general liability and insurance defense.
