Qualifications

• High school Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire.
• Prior claim handling or business experience in the insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial claims following company protocols.
• Communicate with customers and insureds.
• Verify policy coverage and manage claims inventory.
• Conduct investigations to determine liability.
• Negotiate settlements and authorize claims disbursements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
