You will work with TPAs, defense counsel, and internal partners to drive effective outcomes and minimize risk across multiple retail locations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of liability claims experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three or more years in general liability claims/risk management.
• Strong knowledge of liability investigations and claims administration.
• Experience reviewing reserves, litigation strategies, and settlements.
• Analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Vendor management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general liability claims from report to resolution.
• Review investigations, reserve adequacy, and resolution strategies.
• Evaluate settlements and litigation plans for cost efficiency.
• Monitor significant claims and exposures with risk objectives.
• Collaborate with TPAs, defense counsel, and internal partners.
