You will draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents while managing a full caseload from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Draft discovery and pretrial motions.
• Superior analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience handling court appearances, depositions, and trial experience is a plus.
• Experience with general liability, premises liability, products liability, transportation, employment, or insurance preferred.
