LHH, one of the leading defense litigation firms in Atlanta, seeks a talented associate to handle complex premises liability, products liability, transportation, and wrongful death cases. You will draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents while managing a full caseload from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Draft discovery and pretrial motions.
• Superior analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience handling court appearances, depositions, and trial experience is a plus.
• Experience with general liability, premises liability, products liability, transportation, employment, or insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other legal documents
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
