Job summary

Radius Recycling is seeking a General Laborer I to join the production team in an outdoor auto salvage yard. You will handle vehicles safely, remove fluids and parts, and help maintain the work area while supporting customer access to parts.

The role requires standing for long periods, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and promote safety culture; follow PPE requirements.
• Safely remove fluids and materials per prescribed procedures.
• Position vehicles to provide customers access to sellable parts.
• Operate tire machine to separate tires from rims and prep for shipment.
• Prepare boxes and pallets for shipment and maintain area cleanliness.
• Assist customers courteously and perform other duties as assigned.
