Radius Recycling is seeking a General Laborer I to join the production team in an outdoor auto salvage yard. You will help with safe handling of vehicles and materials, prepare parts for customers, and maintain a clean, compliant work area.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, including safety messages and hazard communications.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in varied outdoor weather conditions for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and support a safety culture.
• Follow policies and procedures with professionalism.
• Safely handle fluids, batteries, and waste materials per procedures.
• Position vehicles and prepare parts for customers and shipment.
• Operate equipment to separate tires and prepare rims for shipment.
• Harvest core materials, maintain area, and address safety hazards.
• Assist customers courteously and manage logging and inspection tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
