Radius Recycling is hiring a General Laborer I to join the outdoor salvage yard team. You will handle vehicles safely, dismantle components, and prepare parts for customers while following all safety and environmental procedures.

The role requires working in varying weather, weekend/holiday hours, and adherence to PPE rules. Benefits include medical, dental and vision plans for dependents, plus a 401(k) with company match and paid time off from the first check.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, including safety messages and hazard communications.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and promote the safety culture.
• Safely remove fluids and materials per prescribed procedures.
• Position vehicles on wheel stands for safe customer access.
• Dismantle engines and transmissions and sort materials.
• Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
