Job summary

Radius Recycling is seeking a General Laborer I to join the production team in an outdoor auto salvage yard setting. You will help process core and scrap products, prep vehicles for customers to pull parts, and ensure safety and environmental compliance.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working weekends/holidays as needed. Benefits include medical, dental and vision plans, 401k with company match, and paid time off starting with your first check.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, including safety messages and hazard communications.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and promote safety culture.
• Adhere to and model company policies and procedures.
• Safely remove fluids and batteries per procedures.
• Position vehicles for customer access to parts and prepare areas for next vehicle set.
• Operate tire machine to separate tires and prepare rims for shipment.
• Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner and complete regulatory logs.
