Job summary

Radius Recycling is seeking a General Laborer I to support the production team in a safe, efficient workflow. You will handle vehicles, extract parts, and prepare shipments while following environmental and safety procedures in an auto salvage yard.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varied weather conditions with a flexible schedule including peak sale days.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written safety instructions.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and promote the Pick-n-Pull Safety Culture, adhering to safety requirements and PPE usage.
• Model and follow company policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism.
• Safely handle fluids, batteries, and other materials per prescribed procedures.
• Extract and process fluids and components per procedures for core and scrap products.
• Position vehicles for customer access and prepare area for next vehicle set.
