Aerotek in Edgewater, FL is seeking a hands-on Trim & Grind Technician to join our production team. You will trim, grind, and finish fiberglass boat components, using hand and power tools, to meet strict quality specifications.

This contract, onsite role offers weekly pay, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays and PTO, and on-the-job training. You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, automotive, marine, or fiberglass preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Trim, grind, and finish fiberglass boat components to meet quality specifications.

• Remove excess fiberglass material and smooth surfaces for the next production stage.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure workmanship quality.

• Work as part of a team to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
