Aerotek in Mukilteo, WA is hiring for a Composite Technician I - Entry Level Aerospace Manufacturing. This contract-to-hire role supports hands-on layup, tooling prep, prepregs, vacuum bagging, ovens, autoclaves, and quality inspection on aerospace components.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, experience with hand and power tools, and a mechanical mindset. The position offers a four-day work week, onsite work, and a path to full-time employment in a growing aerospace

• Trim, cut, drill, and finish composite parts to required specifications.
• Inspect components for defects and verify quality standards are met.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Use measuring tools and instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Handle adhesives, chemicals, and solvents safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all quality and safety procedures.

Are you mechanically inclined and looking to break into the aerospace industry? We are hiring entry-level Composite Technicians to support the manufacturing of advanced aerospace components using composite materials such as carbon fiber and prepregs.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, assembly, construction, fabrication, or hands-on technical experience who want to develop specialized aerospace skills in a growing production environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
