Aerotek is seeking an experienced Welder for its Clearwater, FL fabrication team. The role focuses on fitting, welding, and cleaning welds to produce quality components per engineering drawings and specs.
You will work with TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel, assemble parts into larger structures, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in a production environment.

The role is based in a 55,000-square-foot, open-bay fabrication facility that is not air-conditioned and uses large fans to improve air circulation. Work takes place in a production-oriented environment with welding and fabrication equipment, including TIG and MIG machines, and standard measuring tools. The schedule follows a Monday through Thursday workweek with no weekend shifts, supporting predictable hours. Employees are expected to use appropriate safety footwear and personal welding gear while working in the shop.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clearwater, FL.
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr.
