Job summary

Aerotek in Haines City, FL is seeking a General Laborer for a contract-to-hire role in a concrete manufacturing environment. You will stack, unload, and organize block and finished products, and assist with block-making equipment after training.

The position requires physical labor, 6-day work weeks (5am–5pm Mon-Sat and 5pm–5am Sun-Fri), onsite work, and safety-conscious habits with potential benefits after eligibility. Apply to join our team.

• Unload products from conveyor systems and prepare materials for shipment or storage.
• Assist with operation of block-making equipment after training.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment through routine housekeeping and cleanup.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use hand tools and equipment.
• Perform physically demanding work, including lifting, standing, walking, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Support production needs with consistent attendance and reliability.
• Work flexible schedules, including day or night shifts and overtime as needed.
• Assist with additional construction, concrete, and production-related tasks as assigned.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Haines City, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
