Aerotek is hiring a Construction Laborer for active commercial projects in Osage Beach, MO. You will perform general labor, assist with concrete work, and support multiple trades to keep sites safe and on schedule.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of solid construction trades experience in the field on new-build construction projects.
  • Demonstrated experience performing general labor tasks on commercial construction sites.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively with hand tools and basic mechanical tools.
  • Experience supporting concrete work, including site preparation and cleanup.
  • Comfort working around electrical and other trade activities in a construction environment.
  • Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained to operate material-handling equipment, following all safety guidelines.
  • Strong work ethic with reliability in maintaining a full-time schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, standing, and working on your feet throughout the shift.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Job Description

This role supports large, complex commercial construction projects, including data centers, student housing high-rises, hotels, mixed-use urban developments, and commercial or industrial facilities. You will contribute to new-build construction by performing a wide range of general labor, construction, and site support tasks to keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with concrete work, including site preparation, basic forming support, and cleanup around concrete operations as directed by supervisors.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite role on active construction projects, with a standard shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The work involves cleaning, general labor, material handling, and support for multiple trades, often around heavy equipment and ongoing construction activities. Appropriate work attire and personal protective equipment are required to ensure safety and readiness for physically demanding tasks in a busy, production-oriented setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Osage Beach, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
