Ferrara is seeking a production associate for a 3rd shift (10:30pm-6:30am) to handle materials, run lines, and assist packaging. You will be responsible for sanitation, quality, productivity, and safety in your area, with overtime as needed. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, especially in food/FMCG environments.
High school diploma or GED required. Compensation starts at $22.50 per hour plus a $0.58 per hour shift differential.

Employee is responsible for handling materials, candy, and producing product. They must set up, change-over, and run lines and/or assist packaging employees. They are responsible for sanitation, quality, productivity, and safety in their area.

Adheres to all Good Manufacturing Policies (GMPs)
Assists anytime the line is in a scrap mode
Assists in other facets of production as needed
Work at different work stations as production needs require
Conducts assigned work in a safe manner and adheres to safety methods
Responsible for finished goods
Responsible for verifying and executing pallet patterns where applicable
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, and the noise level in the environment is loud
Manufacturing experience is preferred
Food manufacturing experience is a plus
Ability to work with minimal supervision, and keep up with the line speeds in a fast paced environment
Ability to read and write English
High school Diploma or GED
Ensures compliance with SQF, and other relevant standards
Adheres to all company policies and procedures
Dependable and flexible when work is required in other facets of production
Promotes teamwork, possesses a good attitude, and exhibits flexibility and willingness to perform tasks as needed
Ability to work scheduled shift and overtime as needed
