Ferrara in Illinois is seeking a 2nd shift production worker to operate and maintain candy lines, perform changeovers, and assist packaging teams. You will ensure sanitation, quality, productivity, and safety while handling materials and finished goods.

Employee is responsible for handling materials, candy, and producing product. They must set up, change-over, and run lines and/or assist packaging employees. They are responsible for sanitation, quality, productivity, and safety in their area.

Adheres to all Good Manufacturing Policies (GMPs)
Assists anytime the line is in a scrap mode
Assists in other facets of production as needed
Work at different work stations as production needs require
Conducts assigned work in a safe manner and adheres to safety methods
Responsible for finished goods
Responsible for verifying and executing pallet patterns where applicable

$22.50 per hour plus a .39 cent per hour shift differential
