Ferrara is hiring a Forklift Driver for a 3rd shift (10:30pm–6:30am) at the Itasca, IL facility. You will transport products, load and unload trailers, and keep work areas organized and safe.
This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate a stretch-wrapper, and work overtime as needed. Experience with SAP and Excel is a plus.
We offer $25.00 per hour plus a $0.58 shift differential and a benefits package.

Position requires the ability to work overtime. As a result, it may require working varying start times, end times, and weekends dependent on business needs.
***This is a 3rd Shift position, 10:30pm-6:30am***
The Forklift Driveris responsible for transporting products, packaging and raw materials to and from production lines, packaging areas, and trailers. Organizes packaging and return areas, loads or unloads trailers.
Completes daily checklist form. Replenishes fluids and generates maintenance work request forms for repairs needed.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Picks and stages packaging and supplies at work sites.
Receives materials from production by verifying and identifying information and quantity of materials, placing materials in inventory.
Load and unload trailers.
Conducts assigned work in a safe manner and adheres to all safety methods.
Adheres to all Good Manufacturing Practices.
Assist in inventory reconciliation process.
Maintains a clean and neat work area at all times.
Maintains inventory control system by tracking, moving, and shipping the product using SAP system and/or Excel spreadsheet.
Promote teamwork, possess a good attitude, and exhibit flexibility and willingness to perform tasks as needed
Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods; ability to bend, stoop, reach andlift upto 50 poundsrepetitively.
