Job summary

Conagra Brands in Troy, OH is seeking a production line associate to monitor and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring continuous production of Slim Jim’s. You will join a team of over 1,000 associates and work shifts from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM, with a pay rate of $21.27 hourly plus a $1.50 shift differential.

The role involves lifting up to 30 pounds, operating in a noisy manufacturing environment, and adherence to food safety and OSHA requirements. Overtime may be needed to meet production demands.

Reporting to the product supervisor you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 1000 associates.

• You will help to perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers.
• You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
• Cleanliness is important in our facilities. You will help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.

Ingredients That Will Help Your Success

• This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like lifting up to 30 pounds, climbing stairs and using your hands to move things.
• This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy. Safety is important to us, we provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment
• Overtime may be needed to ensure fulfill production demand
