Job summary

Conagra Brands in Marshall, Missouri is seeking a Line Servicer to support multiple production lines, palletize finished products, and assist with line setup and shutdown. This second-shift, onsite role ensures timely material flow and compliance with safety standards.

The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to food safety protocols in a large manufacturing facility. Candidates should be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
• Successfully pass a background screening process.
• Complete a post-offer drug screen.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is helpful.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, attendance, and teamwork.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Shift: 4:00 PM-12:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $20.27 an hour + $0.50 shift differential

Reporting to the Production Supervisors, you will work onsite at our Marshall, Missouri manufacturing facility, one of Conagra Brands' largest plants with more than 800 employees. You will support production operations as a Line Servicer by ensuring food products and raw materials are available to multiple production lines, palletizing finished products for shipment, and assisting with line setup and shutdown activities. This is a second-shift hourly position supporting the production of Banquet products.

Physical Requirements
