Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a production associate at our Troy plant to operate and monitor the production line, ensuring continuous production and high quality standards. Reporting to the product supervisor, you will help supply lines, perform checks, and collaborate with departments to meet production demand while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role involves lifting up to 30 pounds, exposure to large machinery, and adherence to food safety and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• This is a physical position.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and climb stairs.
• Manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts; safety PPE provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Supply lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
• Perform product checks to ensure quality for consumers.

Shift: 3:00 PM-2:00 AM Hourly Rate: $21.27 an hour + $1.50 shift differential

Reporting to the product supervisor you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 1000 associates.

You will help to perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers. You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards. Cleanliness is important in our facilities. You will help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.

Ingredients That Will Help Your Success: This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like lifting up to 30 pounds, climbing stairs and using your hands to move things. This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy. Safety is important to us, we provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment Overtime may be needed to ensure fulfill production demand
