Job summary

Davey Tree Surgery Co. in Ardmore, OK is seeking a dynamic general foreperson to lead crews of field personnel in outdoor utility tree care projects. Your office is outdoors, and you will plan and supervise operations daily.

You will oversee crew assignments, safety training, and record-keeping while advancing through a nationwide employee-owned company with strong safety culture and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must love working outdoors and be physically able to perform field tasks.
• Ability to complete Electrical Hazard Awareness Program and OSHA training.
• Ability to complete Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving courses on hire.
• Required: valid driver's license.
• Preferred: Commercial Driver's License - Class A or B with Airbrake Endorsement.
• Preferred: line clearance/tree work experience.
• Preferred: pesticide licenses/certificates as required by state law.
