42 North Dental in Torrington, CT is seeking a General Dentist for either part-time or full-time work. You will manage the patient experience from exam through care delivery, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Earn up to 36% of collections. Benefits include health insurance, dental, vision, 401K, CE opportunities, and more. The role offers flexible hours 2-5 days per week, 8am-5pm, with unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
