42 North Dental in Torrington, CT is seeking a General Dentist to join a patient‑centered practice that offers comprehensive in‑house specialty services. The role covers the full patient experience from exam to treatment planning and delivery of care.

The position can be part‑time or full‑time (32+ hours weekly), with 8AM–5PM hours and compensation up to 36% of collections. Benefits include health and vision coverage, 401(k), CE opportunities, and ongoing professional development.

Qualificações

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dentistry license.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest standard of care, ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
