Qualifications

• J.D. and active license to practice law.
• Significant legal experience, preferably in a large law firm or sophisticated organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance to firm leadership, partners, and internal departments.
• Oversee ethics, conflicts of interest, and professional responsibility matters.
• Review potential conflicts involving clients, matters, lateral hires, and business relationships.
• Advise on attorney conduct, confidentiality, client obligations, and applicable legal/ethical requirements.
• Develop policies related to risk management, compliance, and professional responsibility.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess legal risks and resolve sensitive issues.
