Qualifications

• Active law license and J.D. degree.
• Extensive experience in ethics and conflicts of interest.
• Experience advising senior leadership on complex issues.
• Knowledge of attorney conduct and risk management in a law firm.
• Experience in large law firms or sophisticated organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to firm leadership, partners, and internal departments.
• Oversee ethics, conflicts of interest, and professional responsibility matters.
• Review and address potential conflicts involving clients, matters, lateral hires, and business relationships.
• Advise on attorney conduct, confidentiality, client obligations, and applicable legal and ethical requirements.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to risk management, compliance, and professional responsibility.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to assess legal risks and resolve sensitive issues.
