Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. partners with a Global Law Firm to add an Ethics & Conflicts General Counsel.

The General Counsel will provide legal guidance to firm leadership, oversee ethics and conflicts of interest, review potential conflicts, and develop risk management policies in a hybrid, Austin-based role with a compensation range of 180K–200K.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law.
• Significant legal experience, preferably within a large law firm or sophisticated legal organization.
• Strong experience with legal ethics, conflicts of interest, and professional responsibility matters.
• Experience advising senior leadership and handling sensitive, complex legal issues.
• Knowledge of attorney conduct rules, client confidentiality, and law firm risk management.
