Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. partners with a Global Law Firm seeking to add an Ethics & Conflicts General Counsel in the Washington, DC area.

The role will oversee ethics, conflicts of interest, and professional responsibility matters, advising senior leadership and guiding risk management decisions. The position is hybrid, with a compensation range of $180,000 – $200,000 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law.
• Significant legal experience, preferably within a large law firm or sophisticated organization.
• Strong experience with ethics, conflicts of interest, and professional responsibility matters.
• Experience advising senior leadership and handling sensitive, complex legal issues.
