Qualifications

• Active Virginia Life, Accident, and Health license
• 3+ years in insurance/financial services
• Demonstrated mentorship or leadership of small to mid-sized initiatives
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage a pipeline independently
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional background
• Established network within the Alexandria or Northern Virginia business community

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide a cohort of sales associates to help them reach their goals.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to expand local reach.
• Analyze market trends to identify new product opportunities for clients.
• Collaborate with the team to refine sales processes and client engagement strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and report growth milestones during monthly check-ins.
• Maintain an active presence in local professional organizations to represent The Atlantic District's values.
