Job summary

Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking a Manager, General Affairs to oversee facility operations across office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments. You will manage vendor contracts, asset tracking, and employee services while driving cost efficiency and compliance.

The role partners with site leadership to ensure a safe, organized workplace and leads continuous improvement initiatives for operations and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of General Affairs, Facilities Management, Administration, or related experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, facilities, and administrative budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of facility management practices and workplace compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, repairs, and building services.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers; negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Develop and maintain administrative procedures, SOPs, and recordkeeping.
• Manage assets, inventories, access systems, badges, and facility resources.
• Develop General Affairs budget and monitor expenditures; identify cost-saving opportunities.
