Fund for Public Health in New York City (FPHNYC) seeks a Gender Affining Care Fund Project Coordinator to support citywide efforts promoting access to gender-affirming care. You will conduct landscape analyses, coordinate contract administration, monitor performance, and prepare stakeholder communications while collaborating with the GAC Fund team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and two years of grants management experience, or a Master’s degree with at least one year of grants management experience.
• Commitment to sexual and reproductive rights and gender justice preferred.
• Understands the experiences, issues and needs of the TGNCNB community.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct a landscape analysis of the New York City GAC provider network.
• Synthesize service level and cost information to create a strategic plan for fund administration.
• Assist with planning, implementation, coordination and oversight of contract administration activities for the GAC Fund.
• Develop and manage solicitation and contract documents including proposals, scopes of work, evaluation criteria and budget modifications.
• Collaborate with Finance and Administrative teams to monitor grantee/contractor performance and communicate deliverables.
• Track grantee/contractor performance with the Data Analyst.
• Coordinate contractor meetings and logistics, including agenda and content.
• Serve as primary point of contact for current and prospective grantees/contractors.
• Help prepare presentations and written materials for internal and external audiences.
• Perform other duties to support department and organization goals.
