Zusammenfassung

FPHNY is seeking a Gender affirming Care Access Resource Manager to build relationships with public and private agencies providing gender affirming care navigation and referrals. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Provider Partnerships, you will help establish a citywide GAC referral line and coordinate with partners across bureaus.

This hybrid role in New York City involves 3 days in office and 2 days remote, with responsibilities including outreach, resource mapping, and coordinating

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor's degree and至少 two years of provider or community engagement experience.
• Commitment to sexual and reproductive rights and gender justice preferred.
• Knowledge of TGNBNC stakeholders in New York City preferred.
• Understands the experiences, issues and needs of the TGNCNB community.
• Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Aufgaben

• Identify and coordinate with prospective clinical and non-clinical partners to introduce the services of the GAC referral line.
• Create and maintain an up-to-date resources list.
• Meet with partners every 2-3 months to discuss protocols and feedback.
• Coordinate virtual meetings with partners for updates and resources.
• Complete in-person visits to partners.
• Participate in interagency meetings to coordinate citywide GAC access efforts.
• Promote the GAC referral line to organizations and educational institutions.
• Assist with distribution of marketing materials to increase visibility of the GAC referral line.
• Prepare presentations and other materials for internal and external audiences.
• Other duties as assigned.
