Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to design and implement enterprise AI/ML solutions using GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI, integrated with IaC and automation. You will build scalable AI infrastructure on AWS, develop front-end tools in React, and collaborate across teams to deliver secure, reliable systems while adhering to governance and compliance standards.

The role requires strong Python/Bash scripting, Terraform module development, and hands-on

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering.
• Certifications related to IT or AI/ML strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual, logical, and physical AI/ML designs.
• Architect GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI solutions on AWS Bedrock.
• Develop and maintain Terraform infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build user interfaces and internal tools using React.
• Develop APIs and integration services for AI automation.
• Collaborate in Agile teams and mentor junior engineers.
