Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to design and implement enterprise-scale GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI solutions on AWS Bedrock, Terraform, and modern automation. You will partner with Infra Platforms & Operations to deliver secure, scalable AI infrastructure across the AWS cloud.

You will lead architecture, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), and automation scripts (Python/Bash), mentor junior engineers, and help ensure compliance, security, and cost

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant AI/ML engineering, cloud infra, DevOps, or platform engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering mandatory.
• Certifications in IT or AI/ML strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design AI/ML architectures across GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI domains.
• Develop and maintain Terraform-based infrastructure for AI workloads on AWS.
• Build and maintain React-based internal tools and APIs for AI workflows.
