Job summary

Neuron7.ai is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to design enterprise-grade AI solutions on Salesforce or ServiceNow platforms, focusing on GenAI implementations and AI integrations. You will lead RAG pipelines, LLM-based workflows, and NLP automation for Field Service and Customer Service workflows.

The role requires 8–15+ years in solution architecture, with strong cloud, API, and data pipeline experience. Remote/Hybrid US and India-based collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience in solution architecture / enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud / Field Service) or ServiceNow (ITSM / CSM / FSM).
• Proven experience in AI/GenAI implementations (LLMs, RAG, NLP).
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms via APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
• Experience with data pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into Salesforce / ServiceNow platforms.
• Lead implementation of RAG pipelines, LLM-based workflows, and NLP-driven automation.
• Architect scalable integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven systems.
• Define and implement AI guardrails, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Work with MCP protocols, tool orchestration, and agent-based systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Drive solution design workshops, customer demos, and technical discovery sessions.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of deployed solutions.
