Job summary

AIG PC Global Services, Inc. is building a groundbreaking GenAI team to explore how AI can transform insurance and risk management. You will lead research, design architectures, and collaborate with engineering and product to deliver scalable GenAI solutions.

PhD with 2+ years industry experience required. You will deploy agentic AI frameworks (CrewAI, Claude Agent SDK, LangChain), shape strategy, publish insights, and work with stakeholders across underwriting, operations, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 2+ years industry experience.
• Experience deploying Agentic AI frameworks in production.
• Strong ML, deep learning and GenAI hands-on skills.

Responsibilities

• GenAI research and application across LLMs and multimodal models.
• Agentic system design and optimization for enterprise scale.
• Define and drive long-term GenAI research strategy and milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and business teams; translate research findings.
• Contribute to knowledge base and public publications.
