You will design RAG pipelines with document chunking, embeddings, and retrieval, build autonomous CustomAI agents using LLMs and multi-modal models, and optimize data pipelines for training and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building AI agents and GenAI systems.
• Strong Python programming and AI libraries.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and external knowledge sources.
• Ability to design scalable, production-grade AI models and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of intelligent AI agents and RAG-based applications.
• Architect RAG pipelines with chunking, embeddings and retrieval systems.
• Develop autonomous CustomAI agents using LLMs and multi-modal models.
• Implement complex algorithms for generative AI models.
• Manage data pipelines including preprocessing, augmentation and synthetic data generation.
• Design and implement Copilot Studio Agent Builder advanced skills and secure data handling.
