Qualifications

• Experience with Gen AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangSmith) and AI operations.
• Experience with vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, Milvus).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and optimize high-performance, scalable Generative AI frameworks for on-premise and cloud environments.
• Architect secure end-to-end document processing workflows (ingestion, classification, retrieval, fine-tuning).
• Implement robust data security, encryption, and access control to meet regulatory standards.
• Tune model architectures and hyperparameters to improve performance and scalability.
• Incorporate responsible AI practices (toxicity screening, bias detection, ethical auditing).
• Collaborate with legal and governance teams to align with privacy and security frameworks.
• Monitor and maintain AI infrastructure with real-time alerting for stability.
• Stay current with Generative AI developments to drive infrastructure improvements.
