Job summary

Cincinnatus LLC is seeking Project Coordinators to support a cutting-edge GenAI program. You’ll act as the operational bridge between program leadership and a growing team of AI researchers and data specialists.

This W-2 role places you within a leading AI lab as part of the extended workforce, focusing on data workflows, onboarding, governance, and cross-functional coordination across Excel/SQL workflows.

Qualifications

• Location: Must be based in the USA.
• STEM background strongly preferred.
• 3+ years in project coordination or project management.
• Hands-on AI training-data or human-data projects experience.
• Ideal: prior AI/data program coordination at major tech firms or Mercor projects.
• Strong data management (Excel, SQL) and basic coding knowledge.
• Leadership experience managing large cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for AI data projects and maintain workflows.
• Translate leadership inputs into clear guidelines for expert teams.
• Onboard and support new experts as programs grow.
• Attend weekly reviews, organize notes and actions, and lead calls when needed.
• Identify quality issues, root causes, and share findings across teams.
• Help create and refine project guidelines with partners.
• Flag roadblocks early and assist in resolving them.
• Track deliverables using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Stay flexible as project needs evolve.
