Job summary

Mercor is seeking Project Coordinators to support and accelerate AI research and data operations as the operational bridge between leadership and domain experts. This W-2 role with Cincinnatus LLC offers placement at a leading AI Lab within the extended workforce.

You will manage day-to-day data project workflows, collaborate with program leads, onboard new experts, and drive meetings and action items to keep initiatives on track. Strong data skills and AI fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• STEM background strongly preferred.
• 3+ years in project coordination or project management coordinating large cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI training-data or human-data projects as a coordinator/leader.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day point of contact for AI data projects and keep workflows running smoothly.
• Turn leadership inputs into clear guidelines and share with expert teams.
• Help onboard and support new experts as the program grows.
• Join weekly business reviews, take notes, and lead calls when needed.
• Identify quality issues, determine root causes, and share findings across teams.
• Create and refine project guidelines with research and product partners.
