Job summary

Cincinnatus LLC is seeking Project Coordinators to support and accelerate AI research and data operations, acting as the operational bridge between program leadership and domain experts. This is a W-2 position with the opportunity to be placed at a leading AI Lab as part of the extended workforce.

You will coordinate data projects, onboard new experts, join weekly reviews, track deliverables with Google Sheets and Excel, and help resolve roadblocks.

Qualifications

• Location: USA-based candidates only.
• 3+ years in project coordination or PM roles coordinating large cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on AI training-data or human-data project experience is preferred.
• Experience with leading AI/data programs at major tech companies or Mercor projects is a plus.
• Strong data management and proficiency with Excel/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for AI data projects and keep workflows running smoothly.
• Translate leadership inputs into clear guidelines for expert teams.
• Onboard and support new experts as programs grow.
• Attend weekly business reviews; document notes and action items.
• Identify quality issues and share root-cause findings across teams.
• Contribute to creating and refining project guidelines with partners.
• Flag roadblocks early and help resolve them.
• Track deliverables using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Stay adaptable as project needs evolve.
