Job summary

Mercor seeks a Project Coordinator to support a cutting-edge GenAI program in the United States. You will bridge program leadership and domain experts, ensuring smooth data workflows and timely deliverables.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, onboard new experts, and participate in weekly reviews while refining guidelines with research partners. A STEM background and 3+ years in coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Location: Based in the USA.
• STEM background strongly preferred.
• 3+ years in project coordination or management.
• AI fluency with experience on AI training-data projects.
• Prior coordination on AI/data programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for AI data projects and keep workflows running smoothly.
• Translate inputs from leadership into clear guidelines for expert teams.
• Onboard and support new experts as the program grows.
• Attend weekly business reviews, take notes, and lead calls when needed.
• Spot quality issues, understand root causes, and share findings.
• Refine project guidelines with research and product partners.
• Flag roadblocks early and help resolve them.
• Track deliverables using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Stay flexible as project needs evolve.
