Job summary

Cincinnatus LLC is recruiting Project Coordinators to support AI data projects and coordinate large cross-functional teams. You will translate leadership inputs into actionable guidelines and help onboard new experts as programs expand.

The role requires a STEM background with 3+ years in project coordination, plus hands-on AI data project experience. A strong data mindset and knowledge of Excel/SQL will be beneficial as the program grows.

Qualifications

• Location: Must be based in the USA.
• Education: STEM background strongly preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in project coordination or project management with cross-functional coordination experience.
• AI fluency: hands-on experience with AI training-data or human-data projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day point of contact for AI data projects, keeping workflows running smoothly.
• Turn inputs from leadership into clear guidelines for expert teams.
• Help onboard and support new experts as the program grows.
• Join weekly business reviews, take notes, and lead calls when needed.
• Spot quality issues, understand root causes, and share findings across teams.
• Contribute to creating and refining project guidelines with partners.
• Flag potential roadblocks early and help resolve them.
• Track deliverables using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Stay flexible and adapt as project needs evolve.
