CVS Health in Massachusetts is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to design and deliver GenAI-driven software, APIs, and AI services that scale in production. You will shape how we apply GenAI across the health platform, collaborating with teams to deploy reliable, secure AI-enabled solutions.

You will architect cloud-native applications, build UIs with React, REST APIs with FastAPI/Flask or Spring Boot, and implement RAG pipelines, LangChain-based agents, and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise or cloud-based software.
• Hands-on with Python/Java for data analysis and AI workflows.
• Production deployments of AI/ML or GenAI systems.
• CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions experience.
• Containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong collaboration in Agile teams.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver GenAI solutions such as chatbots and document intelligence tools.
• Build RAG pipelines that leverage organizational data.
• Coordinate AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI.
• Develop cloud-native apps with front-end UIs and back-end APIs.
• Mentor teammates, participate in code reviews, and improve CI/CD.
