Qualifications

5+ years in software/ML/AI engineering.
2+ years building or deploying AI/GenAI in production.
Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
Python proficiency for scalable apps.
Experience with LLMs, prompts, RAG, and vector DBs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/Generative AI applications on cloud-native services.
Build and maintain AI-powered solutions using LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.
Develop RAG systems with document ingestion and retrieval pipelines.
Create, test, and optimize prompts, workflows, and agentic AI solutions.
Develop APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and security teams to deliver AI capabilities.
Write tests, perform debugging, review code, and monitor production performance.
Evaluate and optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, andResponsible AI standards.
Create technical docs and runbooks; share knowledge with the team.
Participate in Agile/SAFe planning, sprint activities, and continuous improvement.
Evaluate new AI technologies and cloud services for potential adoption.
