CVS Health is hiring a seasoned AI/ML engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions across the enterprise. You will leverage AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, and RAG to solve business challenges while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable AI capabilities.

You will build APIs, practice responsible AI, and contribute to Agile delivery, with a focus on performance, cost efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software or AI engineering experience.
• 2+ years building AI/ML or Generative AI in production.
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and scalable app development.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector DBs.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration.
• Growth mindset and execution/delivery skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and Generative AI apps using cloud-native services.
• Build AI-powered solutions with LLMs and ML frameworks.
• Develop RAG systems with vector databases and embeddings.
• Create prompts, workflows, and agentic AI solutions.
• Develop APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
• Collaborate with product, data, security, and stakeholders.
• Write tests, debug, and monitor production for reliability.
• Participate in model evaluation, deployment, and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with security and Responsible AI standards.
• Document designs and runbooks; share knowledge.
• Contribute to Agile/SAFe delivery.
• Evaluate new AI tech and cloud services.
