Zusammenfassung

Moody’s Analytics is seeking a Director of GenAI Products to lead a 2–3 PM team and guide squad execution. You will translate strategic direction into roadmaps grounded in client and market insight, ensuring cohesive delivery across the portfolio.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive the GenAI roadmap, manage dependencies, and optimize KPIs, influencing engagement with clients and strategic partners while maintaining high standards.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive product management experience in financial services, fintech, or risk management software (10+ years).
• 3+ years leading product managers and teams.
• Ability to lead multiple squads with strong execution and strategy balance.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI products.
• Proficient in agile and KPI-driven continuous improvement.
• Strong market analysis, competitive intelligence and client research.
• Data-driven, user-centric product discovery and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence across senior levels.

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers for strong execution and growth.
• Set high-quality standards for user stories and requirements documentation.
• Partner to execute the GenAI product roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Engage with strategy, partners, and clients to validate priorities and surface new opportunities.
• Serve as escalation point for blockers and cross-squad dependencies.
• Establish a consistent operating rhythm across squads (planning, prioritization, retrospectives).
• Define and track KPIs to guide prioritization and improvement.
• Drive collaboration across technology, design, operations and strategy.
